Honestly…
I had never really thought about lingerie much. Thinking back, I guess it was about 2 months prior to working for Karnation Intimate Apparel. I wasn’t really shopping for anything specific, mostly browsing and killing time. That’s when one of Karnation’s Personal Shoppers took my confidence level from low to surprisingly high in a matter of minutes by showing me that someone my size and age can not only wear sexy lingerie but look great and feel great in it too! That day, I learned how to find a plus size style that would accentuate all of my best features, and camouflage the parts of my body I am self-conscious about. That was the moment I discovered my love for corsets. I’m not going to lie – trying on lingerie, let alone shopping for it, can be very intimidating whether you are plus size or not. I soon found out that Karnation Intimate Apparel was hiring Personal Shoppers. Because of my positive experience at the store, I quickly applied and got the job.
I absolutely love working for this company and helping women on a daily basis discover their inner tiger, feel confident, and find the perfect fit. Now that I’ve been employed here going on 5 years, I’ve learned so much about what lingerie styles work best for all different body shapes and sizes.
