Your shopping experience is very important to us. MyKarnation.com will make every effort to respond to your customer queries, feedback and order information within 24 hours. Please submit any requests by using the email forms located on our 'Contact Us' page, and throughout the site.
MyKarnation.com is a separate entity from our physical store locations; therefore, all inquiries about purchases, feedback, information, etc. will be handled by myorder@mykarnation.com. Our in-store personal shoppers are busy assisting our customers shopping in the store and are not authorized to answer any questions regarding your online purchases over the phone.
EXCHANGES
Any and all items contained in the following categories are considered non returnable and non exchangeable due to our policies we have in place to protect our customers: All underwear including thongs, g-strings, crotchless panties, booty shorts, bikini panties, and full bottoms. Also, all mens underwear including thongs, boxers, boxer briefs, briefs, lounge pants and bikini underwear. Sizing charts are available for all products. Please choose your size carefully. Due to the nature of the product, all liquid and perishable products including personal lubricants, massage oil, edible products, and stimulating or prolonging products may not be returned for any reason. All personal massagers, erection rings, and pumps are non returnable and non exchangeable.
All Halloween costumes are a final sale. Please choose a size carefully.
We do accept exchanges on lingerie and/or bras if certain criteria is met:
Scenario 1
Each lingerie outfit or bra is shipped with a Do Not Remove tag attached to it (see image). If the outfit includes panties, the panties will also be securely fastened to the the inside of the lingerie or on the side of the bra. Panties may not be tried on. The panties and Do Not Remove tag MUST remain attached to the lingerie outfit or bra at all times, and if either the panty or tag become detached for any reason, the piece becomes non exchangeable. The lingerie or bra must also be in the original new condition it was shipped and may not be stained or stretched. It may not smell like perfume, deodorant or body odor. All items returned to us are thoroughly inspected for wear and tear. If we suspect the item has been worn or tampered with you will default on your purchase and your exchange request will not be processed. If this criteria is met, we will gladly authorize an exchange for another item or size. MyKarnation.com does not issue refunds for any reason.
In order to request an exchange on lingerie or bras you must contact us via email at myorder@mykarnation.com within one week of receiving your order. In the email please include your order # and the item # of the item you want to exchange and why. Also, include the item # you wish to exchange it for. If there is a price difference of lesser value than the original purchase you will be issued a credit on an account with MyKarnation. You will not receive the difference credited back to your credit card. You will receive an RA # (return authorization) to send back to us. We will not accept any returns without an RA # clearly marked on the outside of the package. Once we have approved your exchange and all criteria is met we will send you the replacement item right away.
Scenario 2
In the event the item you received is defective due to the fault of the manufacturer, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. We do thouroughly inspect the items before we ship it out to you. MyKarnation.com does not issue refunds for any reason.
If an item is defective you must contact us via email at myorder@mykarnation.com within 72 hours of receiving the item to request a replacement. You will be issued an RA # to send the item back. We will not accept any returns without and RA # clearly marked on the outside of the package. You must include the complete item and all accessories with the original packaging. Once we receive the item it will be inspected, and if determined a manufacturer defect, will be replaced with the same item. The item and packaging must not be tampered with in any way to be considered eligible for replacement. If the item is defective we will not charge you shipping for the replacement. However, if the item is not determined a manufacturer defect you will default on your purchase.

Free ground shipping is automatically applied everyday to all orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more, after any other discounts are taken and before shipping, handling, and taxes are added. Carrier choice is at the discretion of MyKarnation.com. Offer not valid for shipping upgrades. Offer subject to change or expire at any time at the discretion of MyKarnation.com.
